The collation of the SCOR 2010 has started and you are welcome to submit a short paper in addition to your presentation (no more than 5 pages) which will be reviewed and electronically published. This will also make the author eligible to win the Best Paper Award. SCOR is not claiming any copyrights for the paper, but leaves this to the authors.

The deadline for submission will be

16th May 2010

Please use one of the following template files adopted from IEEE for your paper. You must not change the general layout defined in any template. Information will be provided in the document (word) or in an extra pdf file (LaTeX).

The proceedings is administered using the online program ‘EasyChair’. To submit your paper, please follow the steps below:

1. Paper Submission

  • Create an account following this link
  • Click on ‘submission’ to upload and send your paper (pdf-files only).

2. For the Reviewers

  • Review requests will be sent after the submission deadline.
  • Please follow the link in the email and click on ‘accept review’.
  • Then download the paper.
  • Finally click on ‘submit review’ where you have to rate the paper and fill in your comments.
  • Please split your comments into: Major comments (referring to content) and Minor comments (referring to formatting and spelling issues).
  • Always name the page and paragraph when referring to a particular section in the paper. Of course you can write the comments offline and then finally copy & paste them into the required field online.
  • After receiving the email, the reviewers will have two weeks to review the paper and to make their comments.

3. Submission of Revised Paper

  • 4 weeks after the submission deadline you will receive the review report of your paper. Please read through it carefully and make any changes to your work you find reasonable.
  • Finally go on your ‘easychair.org’ account, click on ‘paper1’, then ‘submit new version’ where you can upload the revised version of your paper. The resubmission should not take longer than two weeks.
